Titan Athletes

For Any Athlete, Any Sport, and Any Goal

Looking for sports training to outperform your peers? How about training with your teammates to crush the competition? If you're an athlete of any sport, we welcome to your home away from home. We create sport-specific programs that are designed to make you faster, stronger, and more powerful for your sport. All programs are designed around your season's schedule: pre-season, in-season, and off-season programs are available, and all ages are welcome! Become the best athlete you can be!

We have three options for our athletes:

1. Personal Training sessions:

One-on-One sessions with one of our certified coaches that is individualized to you and your goals, and at a time that fits your busy schedule! For more information on discounts and small group pricing options, check our personal training page.

30-min sessions: $40 per session

45-min sessions: $50 per session

60-min sessions: $60 per session

            

2. Athlete Training Group Sessions (monthly pricing):

Monday through Friday, 4:00pm - 5:00pm

2x per week: $100/month

3x per week: $135/month

5x per week: $200/month (Best Value)

Welcome to the Titan athletic development program. Train with other athletes while developing more explosive and dominant athleticism on the field, while becoming a disciplined individual both on and off the field. What good is brute force without joint mobility and core strength to fully tap into your athletic ability? In addition to our strengthening protocols, we emphasize active recovery between training sessions, including guidance on improving mobility, flexibility, core strength, and more.​​

3. Team Training sessions:

Contact us for a pricing quote. 

If you're a coach, booster club member, school administrator, or anyone in between that's looking for specialized training for your whole team, please let us know what your needs are and we’ll quote you for a special price for the whole group! We've hosted sports teams before for speed/agility training, strength training, and beyond. We're excited to work with your team!
