Looking for sports training to outperform your peers? How about training with your teammates to crush the competition? If you're an athlete of any kind, welcome to your home away from home. We create sport-specific programs that are designed to make you faster, stronger, and more powerful for your sport. All programs are designed around your season's schedule: pre-season, in-season, and off-season programs are available, and all ages are welcome! Become the best athlete you can be!

What makes our strength coaches different? We currently employ a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This means that you receive the same level of training that is required from strength coaches around the country in Div. 1 sports. We also employ a Speed Coach certified through the National Academy of Speed and Explosion for you to create and build upon the foundations of Agility, Speed, and Power required for all athletes to be successful.

Our pricing packages are as follows. All sports training packages are set at a price-per-individual, but vary based on total participants. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Please contact us with any questions.

>> 5-10 individuals: $25 per person

>> 11-20 individuals: $22.50 per person

>> 21-30 individuals: $20 per person

>> 30+ individuals: $18.50 per person
