Looking for sports training to outperform your peers? How about training with your teammates to crush the competition? If you're an athlete of any kind, welcome to your home away from home. We create sport-specific programs that are designed to make you faster, stronger, and more powerful for your sport. All programs are designed around your season's schedule: pre-season, in-season, and off-season programs are available, and all ages are welcome! Become the best athlete you can be!
What makes our strength coaches different? We currently employ a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This means that you receive the same level of training that is required from strength coaches around the country in Div. 1 sports. We can also help you build upon the foundations of Agility, Speed, and Power required for all athletes to be successful.
We have three options for our athletes:
1. Personal Training sessions:
One-on-One sessions with one of our certified coaches that is individualized to you and your goals, and at a time that fits your busy schedule! For more information on discounts and small group pricing options, check our personal training page.
30-min sessions: $40 per session
45-min sessions: $50 per session
60-min sessions: $60 per session
2. Athlete Training classes (monthly pricing):
Classes are held Mondays through Thursdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Cost/month is based on number of sessions per week:
- 1 session per week: $85/month
- 2 sessions per week: $100/month
- 3 sessions per week: $135/month
- 4 sessions per week: $150/month
We've carefully considered the best way to create an athletic development program for young athletes in our area. The hurdles to creating such a program was to make it dynamic enough to handle multi-sport athletes, diverse enough to cover athletes of differing sports and differing needs, broad enough to allow busy athletes to juggle their practice schedules and other extracurricular activities, and affordable enough for parents' budgets. This is our solution! Our athlete training classes tackle each of these problems while allowing athletes to partake in personalized training programs. Need Speed/Agility 2x per week? Check. Need a pure strength/power focus 3x per week? Check. Need to work on explosiveness, but only have time for 1x per week? Check. Whatever the sport, whatever the needs, whatever the scheduling conflicts, whatever the injury history... your athlete deserves to work with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. 3. Team Training sessions:
