If you need help deciding if a class is right for you, take advantage of your FREE assessment with one of our certified trainers and we'll help you get into the right class!

Our classes operate on one-month program cycles, meaning each price listed is for a FULL month of sessions. Want to try a class before committing to a full month? Try a Drop-In for $20. If you decide it's the right class for you, that $20 goes towards the price of the full month! How about that?!

We won't charge recurring fees either. Mix and match classes from month to month as you see fit! Want to participate in more than one class in a given month? We have a Multi-class Discount for 10% off!

TRX Training

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

8:00 - 9:00AM

$100/month

TRX Suspension Training has been making waves in both the military and general fitness fanatics. In TRX sessions, participants use a set of suspension straps to use their own body weight as resistance for various exercises. This total body resistance workout focuses on body movement to build core strength, lean muscle, stamina and stability making you fitter, stronger, and more confident!

Women on Weights

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00 - 7:00PM 

AND Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30AM

$135/month

Should women lift weights? There's a notion that women get larger from weightlifting, and should therefore avoid it... But did you know that women do not get "bulky" simply by lifting weights? Women on Weights is designed to teach women the fundamentals of weight lifting while helping you achieve your fitness goals through strength training. Throughout the class you’ll get to work with free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and other exercise equipment to improve overall strength. Strength training for women has been proven to help enhance muscle definition, boost metabolism, enhance fat loss, reduce risk of injury, prevent various diseases, and improve sleep! Feel confident and take control your health, ladies! As an added bonus, "Circuit Saturday" will start off your weekend on the right foot!

Barbell Club

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:

5:30 - 6:30PM

$135/month

Barbell Club is our first ever "club-based" group training. What makes this different than our other classes is that the individuals in the club may be doing very different workouts depending on their ability level and age. Prescribed by our USA Weightlifting Certified Coach, these workouts will teach you the fundamentals of the Olympic Weightlifting Sport, and then further improve into some awesome barbell-based workouts to improve muscular strength, endurance, and power! Get ready to grip a barbell for some explosive lifts!

Kickboxing Circuit

Mondays and Wednesdays:

6:30 - 7:00PM

$85/month

This Kickboxing cardio class is sure to delight all individuals. This is 30 mins of hard-punching, quick-kicking, weight-pumping, and heart-thumping fun! Learn the basics of kickboxing while burning lots of calories! This versatile workout can be supplemented into other workout routines too!

Pedal & Metal

Mondays and Wednesdays:

5:15 - 6:15PM

$100/month

Join our Certified SPIN instructor & Personal Trainer and buckle up for a great indoor cycling ride AND a resistance training program! A one-of-a-kind cardio and strength training class, Pedal and Metal will tax your cardiovascular system and improve upon your strength to help improve your overall fitness levels!

Senior Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

9:30 - 10:15AM

$135/month

Senior Circuit is a 45-min class geared towards older adults looking to stay fit, stay healthy, and keep moving! Whether to keep up with grandkids, slow the aging process, or improve upon daily-life activities, our Certified Senior Fitness Specialist will keep you fit for life! The only prerequisite for this class is that each individual must be able to get up and down from the floor independently.

Athlete Training

Mondays - Thursdays:

4:00 - 5:00PM 

Cost/month is based on number of sessions per week:

- 1 session per week:   $85/month

- 2 sessions per week: $100/month

- 3 sessions per week: $135/month

- 4 sessions per week: $150/month

We've often considered the best way to create an athletic development program for young athletes in our area. The hurdles to creating such a program was to make it dynamic enough to handle multi-sport athletes, diverse enough to cover athletes of differing sports and differing needs, broad enough to allow busy athletes to juggle their practice schedules and other extracurricular activities, and affordable enough for parents' budgets. This is our solution! Our athlete training sessions tackle each of these problems while allowing athletes to partake in personalized training programs. Need Speed/Agility 2x per week? Check. Need a pure strength/power focus 3x per week? Check. Need to work on explosiveness, but only have time for 1x per week? Check. Whatever the sport, whatever the needs, whatever the scheduling conflicts, whatever the injury history... your athlete deserves to work with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Let's start with a free assessment, and set up a regimen for your athlete!

Tactical Fitness Circuit

Mondays - Thursdays:

4:00 - 5:00PM

Cost/month is based on number of sessions per week:

- 1 session per week:   $85/month

- 2 sessions per week: $100/month

- 3 sessions per week: $135/month

- 4 sessions per week: $150/month

Similarly to the hurdles of creating our athlete training program, our tactical athletes (military, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, corrections officers, game wardens, etc) often operate on rotating and irregular schedules, which makes maintaining a fitness routine a challenge; however, maintaining peak physical readiness is non-negotiable. This is where our Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) comes in! Whatever your schedule, join us 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week to build and maintain tactical physical readiness.
