Our classes operate on one-month program cycles, meaning each price listed is for a FULL month of sessions. Want to try a class before committing to a full month? Try a Drop-In for $15. If you decide it's the right class for you, that $15 goes towards the price of the full month! How about that?!

We won't charge recurring fees either. Mix and match classes from month to month as you see fit! Want to participate in more than one class in a given month? We have a Multi-class Discount for 10% off!

Fitness Classes: Classes

AM Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

6:00 - 7:00AM


Our 1-hour AM Circuit Class offers you an opportunity to start your day off right, and help you achieve your workout goal prior to going to work! Whether you're a morning person or simply trying to build a better routine in your life, AM Circuit is for you. We perform a wide range of exercises and workout routines in this program to mix up your morning workouts and achieve total-body fitness. The class is adapted to your current fitness levels... anyone can do it!


TRX Mashup

Tues/Thur: 8:00 - 8:45AM


TRX Suspension Training has been making waves in both the military and general fitness fanatics. In TRX sessions, participants use a set of suspension straps to use their own body weight as resistance for various exercises. In our TRX "Mashup" you'll use the TRX straps as well as a variety of other training tools such as tubes, dumbbells, balls and more. This total body resistance workout focuses on body movement to build core strength, lean muscle, stamina and stability making you fitter, stronger, and more confident!


Women on Weights

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 - 10:00AM or 6:00 - 7:00PM


Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30AM


Should women lift weights? There's a notion that women get larger from weightlifting, and should therefore avoid it... But did you know that women do not get "bulky" simply by lifting weights? Women on Weights is designed to teach women the fundamentals of weight lifting while helping you achieve your fitness goals through strength training. Throughout the class you’ll get to work with free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and other exercise equipment to improve overall strength. Strength training for women has been proven to help enhance muscle definition, boost metabolism, enhance fat loss, reduce risk of injury, prevent various diseases, and improve sleep! Feel confident and take control your health, ladies! Choose whichever class fits your schedule better, and sign up today for the AM or PM option! As an added bonus, Circuit Saturday will start off your weekend on the right foot!



Mondays and Wednesdays:

6:30 - 7:00PM


A Kickboxing Cardio class, Knockout is sure to delight all individuals. This is 30 mins of hard-punching, quick-kicking, weight-pumping, and heart-thumping fun! Learn the basics of kickboxing while burning lots of calories! This versatile workout can be supplemented into your regular workout routine too! Morning or evening options are available.


Barbell Club

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:

5:30 - 6:30PM


Barbell Club is our first ever "club-based" group training. What makes this different than our other classes is that the individuals in the club may be doing very different workouts depending on their ability level and age. Prescribed by our USA Weightlifting Certified Coach, these workouts will teach you the fundamentals of the Olympic Weightlifting Sport, and then further improve into some awesome barbell-based workouts to improve muscular strength, endurance, and power! Get ready to grip a barbell for some explosive lifts!


Senior Circuit

Mondays and Wednesdays:

9:30 - 10:15AM


Senior Circuit is a 45-min class geared towards older adults looking to stay fit, stay healthy, and keep moving! Whether to keep up with grandkids, slow the aging process, or improve upon daily-life activities, our Certified Senior Fitness Specialist will keep you fit for life! The only prerequisite for this class is that each individual must be able to get up and down from the floor independently.


Spin Class

Mondays and Wednesdays:

5:15 - 6:00PM


Join our Certified SPIN instructor and buckle up for a great indoor cycling ride! A one-of-a-kind cardio class, Spinning will tax your cardiovascular system to help improve your overall fitness levels! Let's get those heart rates up!


Golden Spokes

Fridays: 10:00 - 10:30AM


Golden Spokes is a specialized indoor cycling class geared towards older adults and individuals with special conditions such as Parkinson's Disease or Multiple Sclerosis. Led by our Certified SPIN Instructor, we will monitor your heart rates and give you the best cardiovascular ride possible! Work on your stamina, or simply build more movement into your life!
