Find a fitness regimen that fits both your needs and your budget! Check out some of the great programs currently available below. If you need help deciding if a class is right for you, take advantage of your FREE assessment with one of our certified trainers and we'll help you get into the right class!


Our classes operate on one-month program cycles, meaning each price listed is for a FULL month of sessions. Want to try a class before committing to a full month? Try a Drop-In for $20. If you decide it's the right class for you, that $20 goes towards the price of the full month! How about that?! ​ We won't charge recurring fees either. Mix and match classes from month to month as you see fit! Want to participate in more than one class in a given month? We have a Multi-class Discount for 10% off!


TRX Training
Tuesdays and Thursdays,
8:00am - 9:00am


TRX Suspension Training has been making waves in both the military and general fitness fanatics. In TRX sessions, participants use a set of suspension straps to use their own body weight as resistance for various exercises. This total body resistance workout focuses on body movement to build core strength, lean muscle, stamina and stability making you fitter, stronger, and more confident!


Women on Weights
Tuesdays and Thursdays,
6:00pm - 7:00pm


Should women lift weights? Ladies, did you know that you do not get "bulky" simply by lifting weights? Women on Weights is designed to teach women the fundamentals of weight lifting while helping you achieve your fitness goals through strength training. Throughout the class you’ll get to work with free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and other exercise equipment to improve overall strength. Strength training for women has been proven to help enhance muscle definition, boost metabolism, enhance fat loss, reduce risk of injury, prevent various diseases, and improve sleep! 


Pedal & Metal
Mondays and Wednesdays,
5:15pm - 6:15pm


Join our Certified SPIN instructor & Personal Trainer and buckle up for a great indoor cycling ride AND a resistance training program! A one-of-a-kind cardio and strength training class, Pedal and Metal will tax your cardiovascular system and improve upon your strength to help improve your overall fitness levels!


Senior Circuit
Mon, Wed, and Fridays,
9:30am - 10:30am


Senior Circuit is a 45-60 minute class geared towards older adults looking to stay fit, stay healthy, and keep moving! Whether to keep up with grandkids, slow the aging process, or improve upon daily-life activities, our Certified Senior Fitness Specialist will keep you fit for life! The only prerequisite for this class is that each individual must be able to get up and down from the floor independently.


Athlete Strength & Power 
Mon, Wed, Fridays,
4:00pm - 5:00pm


Welcome to the Titan athletic development program for young athletes in our area. The hurdles to creating such a program was to make it dynamic enough to handle multi-sport athletes, but diverse enough to address differing athletic needs. Through our Strength and Power sessions, we help our athletes to become a more explosive and dominant athletes on the field, and disciplined individuals off the field. Pair these sessions with our Athlete Active Recovery sessions to get the total athletic development package for a discounted rate of $199.


Athlete Active Recovery
Tuesdays and Thursdays,
4:00pm - 5:00pm


Welcome to part two of the Titan athletic development program. What good is brute force without joint mobility and core strength to fully tap into your athletic ability? In these sessions, we'll focus more on active recovery between strength training sessions, including mobility, flexibility, core strength, and so much more! Pair these sessions with our Athlete Strength & Power sessions to get the total athletic development package for a discounted rate of $199.
