Our Powerlifting program is a competitive and developmental program grounded in the principles of Louie Simmons and the Westside Barbell system. Under the guidance of a Westside Barbell Certified Coach, competitors follow a structured conjugate-style program designed to build maximal strength, explosive power, and long-term resilience. This training system rotates max effort and dynamic effort days, blending variation with intensity to constantly expose and attack weak points. Through the use of specialty bars, accommodating resistance (bands and chains), and targeted accessory work, lifters train with purpose and progression every session.
