Founder of Titan Tactical
Matt is a volunteer firefighter in his local hometown, and started Titan Tactical to offer his services to those in tactical professions to improve upon their own fitness levels.
Matt graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a degree in Kinesiology. Since then, he's worked in all facets of personal training within a wide range of demographics including Collegiate Athletics, Post-Rehabilitation, Obesity, Firefighters, and other Special Populations (Multiple Sclerosis, Paraplegic, Cancer, Osteoporosis). His primary certifications include being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), both earned through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Matt has no problems discussing his own personal fitness journey, and uses it as a teaching mechanism for his own clients. Like many former athletes, Matt struggled with weight gain during life after sports. He has since lost more than 125 pounds, and feels more equipped to connect with clients who also struggle with weight gain. Matt is able to draw from his own experiences to better assist those going through similar struggles.
Strength Coach and USA Weightlifting Specialist
Anthony has an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology, and is finishing his Bachelor’s Degree through California University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn College, Anthony gained over 60 hours of personal training and has since logged four years of training experience. In 2016, Anthony completed an internship as an assistant strength coach at Bucknell University; he worked with multiple athletes during his stay including football, basketball, lacrosse, and more. He currently holds three certifications: National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer, United States Weight Lifting (USAW) L1 Coach, and National Association of Speed and Explosion (NASE) for Speed and Explosion.
Anthony is dedicated to helping individuals better themselves through fitness as well as help athletes reach their ultimate athletic potential. He specializes in strength and power lifting for athletes, but is also experienced working with general fitness, including individuals looking to lose weight and gain strength for everyday tasks to live a healthier lifestyle.
