Matt Heintzelman, CSCS, TSAC-F, Pn1
Founder of Titan Tactical,
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Nutrition Coach
Matt is a volunteer firefighter in his local hometown, and started Titan Tactical to offer his services to those in tactical professions to improve upon their own fitness levels.
Matt graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a degree in Kinesiology. Since then, he's worked in all facets of personal training within a wide range of demographics including Collegiate Athletics, Post-Rehabilitation, Obesity, Firefighters, and other Special Populations (Multiple Sclerosis, Paraplegic, Cancer, Osteoporosis). His primary certifications include being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), both earned through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Matt has no problems discussing his own personal fitness journey, and uses it as a teaching mechanism for his own clients. Like many former athletes, Matt struggled with weight gain during life after sports. He has since lost more than 125 pounds, and feels more equipped to connect with clients who also struggle with weight gain. Matt is able to draw from his own experiences to better assist those going through similar struggles.

ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor
Certified Personal Trainer and Parkinson's Specialist
After 20 years of working in the corporate world, all the while teaching group fitness classes at local churches and schools, she turned her dream and her passion of encouraging and equipping others to be successful in reaching their fitness goals into a career. Cindy went back to school and earned her degree in applied science as a Physical Fitness Specialist from Pennsylvania College of Technology. As an NSCA certified personal trainer and an ACE certified group fitness instructor, Cindy has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Among other specialty certifications she has achieved, are those that afforded her the ability to train the Parkinson’s population. She is the first in the greater Susquehanna Valley to establish and facilitate Parkinson’s fitness programs that include PWR!Moves, Rock Steady Boxing, and a Pedaling for Parkinson’s class which morphed into a cycling class for seniors of all abilities including those with Alzheimer’s and MS.
Cindy enjoys training clients of all ages and levels, but her biggest demographic is the baby
boomers. This generation wants it all ̶ to keep up with their grandchildren, be stronger, have
more energy, maintain independence, socialize with friends and engage in recreational sports.
At the same time, this population may have less balance, trouble getting out of a chair,
difficulty carrying groceries, battle weight issues, live with one or more metabolic diseases or
need to recover from replacement surgery. Helping her clients attain their goals and live fuller,
heathier, pain-free lives is what Cindy is passionate about doing.
Striving to attain a greater level of health and fitness continues to be Cindy’s personal goal. She
spends her free time weight training, cycling, playing volleyball and watching “Ninja Warrior”….and wishing she was one. She has completed three MS 150-mile bike rides for the MS society and plays volleyball year-round locally and competitively for Lokahi East Coast Senior Volleyball Club.
